Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026. Aligned to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Our approach: collect as little as possible

You can browse, download, and print worksheets without logging in and without giving us any personal information. This is a deliberate choice to protect users, especially children.

2. What we collect

Anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, worksheet downloads) via Google Analytics 4 to improve the Site; IP addresses anonymised where supported. Essential and analytics cookies, with a cookie/consent notice where required. An email address only if you choose to subscribe to a worksheet newsletter or create an account (only if and when such a feature exists).

3. Children's data

We know many of our users are children (under 18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, and we do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted/behavioural advertising directed at children, as required by the DPDP Act, 2023. If we learn we have collected a child's data without proper consent, we will delete it.

4. How we use data

Only to operate and improve the Site, and - if you opted in - to send the worksheet emails you requested. We do not sell personal data.

5. Who we share with

Only the service providers who host our website, store our files, and provide analytics (including Google Analytics), who process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Legal basis / consent

We rely on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) or another lawful basis permitted under the DPDP Act.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection / Grievance Officer below.

8. Data Protection / Grievance Officer

Keerthi Rose, hiscry@gmail.com. Contact for privacy questions, consent withdrawal, and complaints, as expected under the DPDP Act and the IT Rules.

9. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, with reasonable safeguards. Any optional email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; anonymous analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's default settings.

10. Third-party services and advertising

We do not currently show third-party advertisements. If advertising or third-party embeds are added in future, we will disclose each vendor here and, given our child-directed audience, require non-personalised advertising with no child-directed tracking or remarketing.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified on the Site. Questions: hiscry@gmail.com.
